Dec 03, 2012 I have the enco 48" 16 gauge brake. I doubt I could bend 30" of 1/8" aluminum in it. I don't think it will spring the brake, it can probably handle it fine, but I don't think I could physically rotate it. I regularly bend .090" 3003 and it's about what I think is the limit.
Dec 18, 2012 I was able to have them cut it into strips 15 inches wide by 8 ft and then add a 1 inch 90 deg. bend along one edge. The bend was upward so it stuck up when placed on the trailer frame. I don't remember the cost but but it was resonable. They also sold aluminum sheet so I assume they could have done the same.
